Delete Account and Data
Cloudply keeps all of its data on your device. You can remove an individual provider account, or delete all app data, at any time.
Deleting a provider account (in the app)
- Open Cloudply and go to Settings.
- Find the provider account you want to remove.
- Tap the delete icon next to the account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleting an account removes, on your device: the saved OAuth tokens, the local metadata index for that provider, and transfer logs for that account. Files stored on the provider itself are not deleted — Cloudply never deletes your cloud files as part of account removal.
Deleting all app data (in the app)
- Open Cloudply and go to Settings.
- Delete each connected account using the steps above.
- To remove any remaining app data, use your device's app settings: Settings → Apps → Cloudply → Clear storage (Android) or remove the app from your iPhone or iPad (iOS).
Requesting full deletion by email
If you would like us to delete any data associated with your email address, or if you are unable to delete data from within the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your usage. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
Note: Cloudply operates without servers that store your
media. The only data we could hold about you is limited to what you send
us directly (for example, support or deletion-request emails).
